Junior Catholic Daughters of the Americas (JCDA)

The Junior Catholic Daughters ministry is open to all girls between ages of 6 - 17.  The goals of the JCDA are divided into a threefold program of Message, Service, and Community.  Throughout the activity year the girls come together to use their time and talents to engage in charity work, fundraising, building knowledge of the Catholic faith, and working with each other to become strong young women in our community. 
Each meeting begins and ends with a prayer to our patroness The Blessed Mother Mary.  The older teenage members of the organization lead the meetings (with the help of our adult coordinators) and assist the younger girls with learning prayers, understanding the importance of charity work, and fundraising projects/ideas.

Mothers, aunts, and female mother figures are strongly encouraged to attend meetings and events with their daughters or nieces.
